As the festive season approaches, we’ve updated our holiday trading hours to help you plan your visits to MALC. While we’re adjusting our hours to enjoy the holiday spirit, the MALC 24/7 Gym remains open as normal, giving you round-the-clock access to your fitness routine.

Get ready for some fun! The MALC is now seeking expressions of interest for Social Daytime Walk Ball (Netball) on Thursday mornings.

School Holiday Fun on the Courts!

As Term 4 approaches, MALC is excited to announce the return of our popular Gym Fit Kidz programs.

Council on The Ageing WA (COTA WA) visited MALC in February 2023 and we feature in their Jan-Mar 2023 Newsletter with a fantastic write up of our Strength for Life Specialised Program.

In the main there is sufficient space in group fitness classes for all persons (members, pass holder or casuals) who want to undertake a session, however there is a couple of classes which do reach capacity and therefore booking is recommended.
