As the festive season approaches, we’ve updated our holiday trading hours to help you plan your visits to MALC. While we’re adjusting our hours to enjoy the holiday spirit, the MALC 24/7 Gym remains open as normal, giving you round-the-clock access to your fitness routine.

- Tuesday, 24th December 2024: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Wednesday, 25th December 2024 (Christmas Day): Closed
- Thursday, 26th December 2024 (Boxing Day): Closed
- Friday, 27th December 2024: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday, 28th December 2024: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Sunday, 29th December 2024: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Monday, 30th December 2024: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday, 31st December 2024: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Wednesday, 1st January 2025 (New Year’s Day): Closed
- Thursday, 2nd January 2025: 6:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Normal hours resume)
Additional Information
Crèche
Our Crèche will be closed from Monday, 23rd December 2024, to Wednesday, 1st January 2025, and will reopen on Thursday, 2nd January 2025.
Group Fitness Classes
There will be no live group fitness classes from Monday, 23rd December 2024, to Wednesday, 1st January 2025. However, you can enjoy On Demand and Virtual Group Fitness Classes during our trading hours. Live classes will return on Thursday, 2nd January 2025.
Manned Gym Hours
For those who need extra assistance or support, our manned gym hours during this period are as follows:
- Monday, 23rd December 2024: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Friday, 27th December 2024: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Monday, 30th December 2024: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
