We’re excited to announce that the Murray Aquatic & Leisure Centre (MALC) is seeking expressions of interest for our Social Daytime Walk Ball (Netball) program on Thursday mornings. This is a fantastic opportunity to stay active while enjoying a slower-paced version of netball in a relaxed, social setting.
What is Social Walk Ball (Netball)?
Social Walk Ball (Netball) is a fun, modified version of traditional netball designed specifically for adults and those looking for a more leisurely pace. It emphasises participation over competition, making it accessible and enjoyable for everyone. This low-impact game promotes safety by reducing the intensity and physical demands, minimising the risk of injury or falls.
