Hydrotherapy Pool
The hydrotherapy pool at MALC is a premium facility heated to a temperature of 33.5 – 34 degrees Celsius, with a depth ranging from 0.9 to 1.35 metres. It is located in a separate pool hall with controlled access from our lap and leisure pools. The pool is equipped with a built-in access ramp, water jets, a disability hoist, and a water wheelchair for easy and safe entry.
Our hydrotherapy pool is used for a variety of activities including infant swimming lessons, aqua fitness classes, rehabilitation, and therapeutic purposes. Please note that an additional fee applies for using the hydrotherapy pool beyond normal pool entry fees.

Age Restrictions:
- Generally, the hydrotherapy pool is available to patrons aged 16 years or older.
- Exceptions include:
- Approved MALC programs (e.g. swimming lessons)
- Special permission granted by the Duty Supervisor for therapy purposes (e.g., athlete injury rehab)
24/7 Gym
Our 24/7 gym is equipped with Matrix equipment, offering a range of cardio and strength training options to suit all fitness levels. As a MALC member, you can access the MY Fitness MAP program, a complimentary 12-week initiative designed to optimise your workouts and track your progress.
